In a central location of Pireus, a redevelopment of the highest qualith will revive the already existing building. The 6-level building will feature 37 studio apartments,acoomon laundry room and a gym.

This existing three storey building was reconstructed for revitalizing the space and make it more functional and appealing. It combines residential and commercial spaces so that tenants will have access to various amenities and services like gym and laundry room inside the building.

Olive Apartments /Pireus

Multistorey Building/Psychiko


This new multistorey building with swimming pool is located in Psychiko, Athens and combines the conventional Greek balconies with cubic spaces that reflect the transition between the public aspect of living rooms and the privacy of bedroom areas.

Mediterranean Suites / Marina Zeas

In the Mediterraneanproject,modern architecture is in harmony with technical characteristics of the residential complex.The complex consists of 11 luxurious apartments. On the first floor there is a wine boutique, an ECO shop and concierge service 24/7 to meet the needs of all residents.

Private House / Ornos, Mykonos

This luxurious villa in Mykonos consists of two underground buildings. It combines materials like wood, stone and marble and gives an authentic aesthetic of Cyclades. The tree inside the space is the element that gives a modern perspective. Τhe house includes 5 bedrooms with bathroom,dining room,  kitchen and  private pools and BBQ.
